You’re probably wondering whether the creator of the Runner’s Lift is a runner. To put your mind at ease, I will answer this right away. No, I am not a runner.
From a young age, however, I have always admired runners and dreamed that one day I would be one myself. Running always seemed like the only true exercise, aerobic, productive (ideally it takes you somewhere) and defying time… I imagine my predecessors in ancient times and the first thought that comes to mind when I think of how they stayed fit is running. But for now, I cannot honestly call myself a runner and it is NOT out of a fear of premature facial aging 🙂 I just never got that into it.
Think of my blog as a way for me to share: useful information related to dermatology, general medical musings, and updates on my new treatment, the Runner’s Lift.
May the year 2016 bring us a fresh perspective, the ability to see the New in the Old, the Old in the New.
